Direct Answers is a unique feature to Direct Pro Audio. We will attempt to answer any reasonable question you have on any piece of gear we sell. If you need to know, we want to find out! As long as you can give us 24-48 hours, we will respond!

Ask a Question

To ask a question, simply browse to that product's page on our web site. You can use the menu system at the top of this page. Input your question into the form, and press "Ask Question!".

Your question will be submitted into a dynamic database, where our staff will review, research, and attempt to get an answer emailed back to you in 24-48 hours.

Furthermore, if you check the "Display Answer" box, we will anonymously post your question and our answer back on our web site so that other people can benefit from our research.

Guidelines

There are a few guidelines for Direct Answers:

• Silly, dumb, or obscene questions are ignored. Don't be afraid to ask what may seem like a "dumb" question, but obviously wasteful questions are laughed at and deleted.
• Read the information on the product view page, and other Direct Answers. Often your questions are already answered, either in the product information, or another Direct Answer. It will save you time!
• Search Google. Oftentimes the answer to your question can be found using a quick search of Google. This will give you a much faster result then asking us.
• Be detailed. Be as detailed as you can, so that we can understand the exact nature of your question.
• Call us with complex questions. Call us at 1-866-444-8090 if you have a question that is very complex, or involves multiple components in a system. This may be easier then typing it into the web site.
• Be patient! We will attempt to answer your question in 24-48 hours, but we get a lot of questions, so it may take a few days.
